Devine Destiny Support Service Ltd, based in Kent, provides dedicated Community Support to Young Adults aged 18 and above with Additional Needs across the Kent and London regions. Our team delivers personalised care, guidance, and meaningful opportunities that empower individuals to lead fulfilling, enriched lives. At DDSS, we go beyond traditional models of care. We don’t believe in Day Centre–style support that confines young adults to a room. Instead, we champion a dynamic, community‑based approach. We think creatively, act intentionally, and design support that encourages exploration, independence, and real-world learning. Personalized Support within the Home and Community Settings
We offer one-on-one support tailored to individual needs. Our staff assists with developing strategies and skills, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. We work with you to create a personalized care plan. Our team listens to your needs and preferences, ensuring you receive the best support. Together, we make sure every aspect of your care is covered.
Community Access and Participation
We assist individuals in engaging with activities within their local area and wider communities. We offer Transport Services which includes Home pick-up and drop-off to all our Clients. We believe that our Transport offer will allow the opportunities for parents/carers to have more respite time whilst their Young Adult are having Fun.
We provide opportunities for our clients to engage in various activities that otherwise could have been difficult to access. Some of the activities that we offer includes use of the Gym, Keyboard and Drumming lessons, Ice Skating lessons, Swimming lessons, Horse Riding lessons and Bowling. We focus on Empowering our Clients through Practical Support and Compassionate Care. Our team helps them connect with interest groups, clubs, and events to promote inclusion.
Days out
We offer day trips tailored to individuals with additional needs. Participants can explore new places with the support of our experienced staff, ensuring a fun and safe outing for all. Some of the Day Trips that we offer includes visit to Theme Parks and Atrraction Centres within London and Wider London Region, such as Drivethrough Safari; Bus Ride or Train Ride into London; Day Out in the Shopping Mall; Cinema; Bowling; and Visit to Farms Centre; and many more as scheduled. We offer transport service and home pick-up and drop-off for all our clients.
